Person in charge of personal information
Jean-Sébastien Tessier, owner of Tessier IT Solutions, is responsible for protecting personal information. For any question or request: [email protected] or (819) 592-8932.
Information I collect
- When you contact me (email or phone): your name, contact details and the content of your message. I use them only to reply and provide my services.
- Visit statistics: the site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you. It produces aggregate statistics (pages viewed, country, device type).
The site uses no cookies, no advertising and no ad tracking. I never sell or rent your information.
Service providers and hosting outside Quebec
The site is hosted by Cloudflare and my email is handled by Google Workspace. These providers may process technical information (such as your IP address) or the content of your emails on servers located outside Quebec, under contractual safeguards.
Retention
I keep our email exchanges so I can follow up on your file and help you again in the future. More sensitive information (for example passwords or personal documents shared during a service call) is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed. You can ask me to delete your information at any time (see "Your rights"), except what the law requires me to keep, such as accounting records.
Your rights
You may request access to your information, its correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. You can also use that address for any concern about your information; I will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with my response, you may contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
